What is PADI eLearning?
A PADI eLearning course allows you to complete the knowledge development portion of your PADI Open Water course in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. On average the course will take you less than 15 hours to complete and you have one year from the time you start to complete the course. After you successfully complete all the segments, you can print your eLearning record and finish the diving portion of your class in a private setting with me on Guam. (minimum 2 people, maximun 4, minimum age 10).
*Note: If your plans change you can contact any PADI dive shop or resort to start the next phase in your underwater adventure, you just need to furnish your eLearning cerificate of completion. ( a short written test may be required.)
How does it work?
To complete the course all you need to do is purchase the eLearning course, then you can complete the course sections online in your own time. For instance in the open water course there are 5 sections, you will need to complete these 5 sections online.

Why take a private OW diving class?
The same reason you take a taxi instead of a bus, it may cost a bit more but you get where you want to go faster with a higher level of service. You can can work at your own pace and schedule. My PADI classes are limited to 2-4 people so you can arrange a class with a few friends or family and have a great time while learning to dive! Once you have completed the eLearning portion of your course there are additional charges for in-water training (please email me to discuss your preferred schedule)
What else do I need?
Your PADI class will include all required confined and open water dives and diving equipment (transportation and lunch optional). There is a required purchase of a Recreational Dive Planner (Table or eRDP version) and a log book. Optionally for your own personal comfort we suggest you purchase your own mask and snorkel, bootees fins and possibly a wetsuit or dive skin..
